A cross-sectional study was conducted on 454 medical staff working at the Vietnam - Thuy Dien Uong Bi hospital participating in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic, the study period from December 2021 to December 2022 aimed to describe mental health status of healthcare workers using the DASS-21 scale. Research results showed that the percentage of medical staff with depression, anxiety and stress were 31.5%, 63.2% and 27.8% respectively. The percentage of mild, moderate, severe and extremely severe depression were 12.5%, 12.5%
3.6% and 2.9% respectively. The percentage of mild, moderate, severe and extremely severe anxiety were 7.5%, 25.5%
12.5% and 17.6% respectively. The percentage of mild, moderate, severe and extremely severe stress was 11.7%, 10.4%
2.9% and 2.9% respectively. The hospital needs to have a plan for early examination and diagnosis for medical staff having signs of mental health in order to offer appropriate intervention solutions.Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 454 nhân viên y tế (NVYT) làm việc tại Bệnh viện Việt Nam - Thụy Điển Uông Bí tham gia chống dịch COVID-19, thời gian nghiên cứu từ tháng 12 năm 2021 đến tháng 12 năm 2022 nhằm mục tiêu mô tả thực trạng sức khoẻ tâm thần (SKTT) bằng việc sử dụng thang đo DASS-21. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ NVYT trầm cảm, lo âu và stress lần lượt là 31,5%
