Mục tiêu: Đánh giá thực trạng kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành chuẩn đạo đức nghề nghiệp của sinh viên điều dưỡng hệ vừa làm vừa học năm thứ 3 và năm thứ 4 Trường Đại học Y Dược Hải Phòng năm học 2021–2022. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 136 sinh viên. Kết quả nghiên cứu: Tiêu chuẩn “Đảm bảo an toàn cho người bệnh” có 85,3% sinh viên trả lời đúng và đầy đủ. Sinh viên trả lời đúng và đầy đủ tiêu chuẩn tôn trọng người bệnh bao gồm tôn trọng tuổi tác, giới tính, tín ngưỡng của người bệnh (80,1 %). Nội dung liên quan đến tiêu chuẩn “Trung thực khi hành nghề” sinh viên trả lời đúng và đầy đủ với tỉ lệ 91,9 %. Tất cả các em sinh viên đều cho rằng việc chào hỏi người bệnh, tự giới thiệu về mình, hướng dẫn người bệnh các thủ tục cần thiết trước khi vào khám bệnh là rất cần thiết. Về thực hành chuẩn đạo đức nghề nghiệp có 88,2 % sinh viên (là các điều dưỡng viên) đã thực hiện tốt các quy trình kỹ thuật (tiêu chuẩn thực hành), chỉ có 4,5 % được đánh giá ở mức bình thường. Kết luận: Chuẩn đạo đức nghề nghiệp đã được tiếp nhận và thực hành tốt trên đối tượng sinh viên trong chương trình đào tạo cử nhân điều đưỡng hệ vừa học vừa làm.Objective: A cross-sectional study was carried to assess the status of knowledge, attitudes, and practice of professional ethical standards among in-services nursing students at Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2021-2022. Methods: Cross-sectional study carried out on 136 students. Results: The study showed that for the standard "Ensure patient safety" 85.3 % of students answered correctly and completely. Most of the students answered correctly and fully the standards of respect for the patient including respect for the patient's age, gender, and religion (80.1 %). Content related to the standard of "Honesty in practice", the majority of students answered correctly and completely with a rate of 91.9 %. All students said that it was very necessary to greet the patient, introduce themselves, and guide the patient before examination. Regarding the practice of professional ethics, 88.2 % of nursing students have performed the technical processes well (standards of practice), only 4.5 % are assessed at the normal level. Conclusions: The professional ethical standards have been well received and practiced among in-services nursing students at Haiphong University of Medicine and Pharmacy
