Đào tạo nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, trong đó có đào tạo nghề là một trong những nhiệm vụ quan trọng nhằm tạo ra nguồn nhân lực có khả năng thích ứng với những biến đổi nhanh chóng của thị trường lao động, đáp ứng các yêu cầu của hội nhập quốc tế, góp phần phát triển nhanh và bền vững đất nước. Trên cơ sở xác định vai trò, tầm quan trọng nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, nghiên cứu này sẽ phản ánh tình hình phát triển đào tạo nghề ở Việt Nam và đề xuất một số giải pháp về đào tạo nghề góp phần nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực của Việt Nam Từ khóa: đào tạo nghề, nguồn nhân lực, nguồn nhân lực chất lượng caoTraining high-quality human resources, including vocational training, is one of the important tasks in order to create human resources capable of adapting to the rapid changes of the labor market, meeting the requirements of the labor market, requirements of the international integration, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of the country. Based on determining the role and importance of high-quality human resources, this study will reflect the situation of vocational training development in Vietnam and propose some solutions on vocational training contributing to improving the quality of human resources in Vietnam.
