The trend of emphasizing aesthetics and visual appeal is widely popular in the field of interior architecture and design, particularly in the context of hospitality and resort projects. The emergence of a multitude of hotels and resorts in Vietnam with desi gn concepts that prioritize artistic expression and artistic experiences can be explained from various perspectives, encompassing both professional and societal dimensions. These include factors such as taste preferences, consumer culture, international trends, contemporary creative perspectives, elevated living standards and experiental needs, brand orientation, business segment identification. The article selects and references theoretical foundations in the fields of architectural and interior design aesthetics to contribute to the identification and interpretation of artistic decoration elements in contemporary hotel interiors. The authorhas selected several iconic 5-star hotels in Ho Chi Minh City as the subjects for analysis and illustration. Keywords: Interior architecture

Sự ra đời của hàng loạt các khách sạn - resort tại Việt Nam với những ý tưởng thiết kế đề cao tính nghệ thuật, trải nghiệm nghệ thuật đã được lý giải ở nhiều khía cạnh khác nhau, từ chuyên môn đến đời sống xã hội như: thị hiếu, văn hóa tiêu dùng, xu hướng quốc tế, quan điểm sáng tác của thời đại, mức sống và nhu cầu trải nghiệm nâng cao, định hướng thương hiệu, nhận diện phân khúc kinh doanh… Bài báo chọn tham khảo các cơ sở lý thuyết về mỹ học kiến trúc - nội thất để góp phần nhận diện và lý giải yếu tố trang trí nghệ thuật trong nội thất khách sạn ngày nay. Tác giả lựa chọn một số khách sạn 5 sao tiêu biểu ở TP.HCM làm đối tượng để phân tích và minh họa. Từ khóa: Kiến trúc nội thất
