Đại dịch Covid-19 đã và đang ảnh hưởng đến toàn bộ nền kinh tế, xã hội và môi trường
là cuộc khủng hoảng kinh tế - xã hội nghiêm trọng nhất từ sau chiến tranh thế giới lần thứ hai và đang làm trật tự thế giới có nhiều thay đổi. Ở góc độ môi trường, Covid-19 tác động lớn đến quản lý chất thải thải y tế vốn là mối nguy hại đối với môi trường, làm gia tăng lượng thiết bị y tế được tiêu dùng, như đồ cá nhân, thiết bị bảo hộ, các ống tiêm,..., tác động lớn đến việc tái chế và xử lý chất thải y tế. Bài viết sử dụng cách tiếp cận lý thuyết kinh tế tuần hoàn, từ đó đưa ra một số khuyến nghị đối với việc quản lý rác thải y tế theo kinh tế tuần hoàn trong bối cảnh đại dịch Covid-19 ngày càng diễn biến phức tạp.The Covid-19 pandemic has been affecting the entire economy, society and the environment

The article uses the approach to circular economy theory, from that gives some recommendations for the management of medical waste according to the circular economy in the context of the increasingly complicated Covid-19 pandemic.
