Một số đặc điểm dịch tễ của bệnh Ca-rê trên chó được thực hiện thông qua nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 342 con chó tại thành phố Cà Mau. Phương pháp khám lâm sàng và test nhanh bằng kit CDV Ag (Asan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, Hàn Quốc) được áp dụng để phát hiện chó mắc bệnh. Bên cạnh đó, hiệu quả điều trị bệnh Ca-rê cũng được đánh giá trong nghiên cứu này. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ chó mắc bệnh Ca-rê qua test nhanh tại thành phố Cà Mau là 9,94% trên tổng số chó được khảo sát. Chó mắc bệnh thườngbiểu hiện một số triệu chứng lâm sàng như sốt cao, ói, chảy nước mũi xanh, biếng ăn, ủ rũ, tiêu chảy phân màu cà phê, tanh. Tỷ lệ mắc bệnh Ca-rê trên chó phụ thuộc vào độ tuổi, giống và tình trạng tiêm phòng. Kết quả phân tích các yếu tố nguy cơ liên quan đến bệnh cho thấy có mối tương quan chặt chẽ giữa các yếu tố tuổi, giống, tình trạng tiêm phòng của chó và bệnh Ca-rê. Kết quả đánh giá hiệu quả hỗ trợ điều trịcủa phác đồ tại các phòng khám thú y tại thành phố Cà Mau còn thấpThe epidemiological characteristics of Carreù disease in dogs were conducted via a cross-sectional study of 342 dogs in Ca Mau city. The method of clinical examination and rapid test by the CDV Ag kit (Asan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, Korea) was applied to detect the disease. Besides, the effectiveness of the treatment method was also evaluated in this study. The studied results indicated that the rate of Carreù disease through the rapid test in Ca Mau city was 9.94% of the total number of the surveyed dogs. The infected dogs showed some common clinical symptoms, such as: high fever, vomiting, green nasal discharge, anorexia, tiredness, coffee-colored diarrhea, stink. The incidence of Carreù disease in the dogs depended on the age, breed, and vaccination status. The analyzed results of risk factors related to the disease showed that there was a strong correlation between factors of age, breed, vaccination status of dogs and Carré disease. The evaluation results of the supportive treatment effectiveness at veterinary clinics in Ca Mau city were still low.
