On the basis of the model and the theory of nonlinear deformation for FCC substitutional and interstitial ternary alloy built by the statistical moment method, we perform numerical calculations for Au, AuSi, and AuCuSi. Some calculated results on the nonlinear deformation of Au obtained by SMM have been compared with the experimental data and have some very good concordance.
