Đặt vấn đề: Sự thay đổi độ thẩm thấu nước mắt là nguyên nhân cốt lõi trong cơ chế dẫn đến bệnh khô mắt. Mục tiêu: Xác định độ thẩm thấu nước mắt ở bệnh nhân dùng thuốc điều trị tăng nhãn áp và nhóm chứng, so sánh chỉ số bệnh bề mặt mắt (OSDI) ở hai nhóm bệnh nhân, xác định mối liên quan giữa một số đặc điểm của bệnh nhân với độ thẩm thấu nước mắt. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang có đối chứng trên 80 bệnh nhân chia đều làm 2 nhóm chứng và nhóm nghiên cứu đến khám và điều trị tại bệnh viện mắt Quang Đức từ tháng 5/2022 đến tháng 10/2022. Kết quả: Độ thẩm thấu nước mắt ở nhóm chứng là 293.3 ± 22 mOsm/L, ở nhóm nghiên cứu là 307.4 ± 19.9 mOsm/L
