A cross-sectional study was conducted on 418 hypertensive outpatients being managed at the Medical Center of Ninh Giang District, Hai Duong from January 2022 to September 2022 to describe the status of blood pressure control in patients. Data were collected by face-to-face interview with pre-designed questionnaires, blood pressure measurement and anthropometric measurements. The study results showed that the proportion of underweight, overweight-obese patients was 14.8% and 33.3%, respectively
the proportion of patients with an increased waist/hip ratio index was 68.4%. The proportion of patients who did not follow the recommended diet and physical activity was 52.9% and 29.9%, respectively
56.0% of patients had moderate adherence to treatment and 24.4% had low compliance according to the Morisky scale. The proportion of patients who did not reach the target blood pressure was 44.7%. Outpatient management clinics need to advise patients at each follow-up visit to improve the effectiveness of treatment management for patients.Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 418 bệnh nhân tăng huyết áp quản lý điều trị ngoại trú tại Trung tâm Y tế huyện Ninh Giang, Hải Dương từ tháng 01/2022 đến tháng 09/2022 nhằm mô tả thực trạng quản lý điều trị của bệnh nhân. Số liệu được được thu thập thông qua phỏng vấn trực tiếp bệnh nhân bằng bộ câu hỏi được thiết kế sẵn, đo huyết áp và thu thập các chỉ số nhân trắc học. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ bệnh nhân thiếu cân, thừa cân béo phì lần lượt là 14,8% và 33,3%
tỷ lệ bệnh nhân có chỉ số vòng eo/vòng mông tăng là 68,4%. Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân không tuân thủ chế độ ăn, hoạt động thể lực không theo khuyến nghị lần lượt là 52,9% và 29,9%
56,0% bệnh nhân tuân thủ thuốc điều trị ở mức độ trung bình và 24,4% tuân thủ mức độ thấp theo thang đo Morisky. Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân không đạt huyết áp mục tiêu điều trị là 44,7%. Phòng khám quản lý điều trị ngoại trú cần tư vấn cho bệnh nhân mỗi lần tái khám để nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý điều trị bệnh cho bệnh nhân.
