A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 350 people in the study area to determine the prevalence of worm among people in Doan Xa commune, Kien Thuy district, Hai Phong, in 2022 and describe some factors related to worm infections at the study site. The results and conclusion showed that the overall prevalence of infection: 4.6%. The highest infection rate was in 60-69 years-old age group (7.0%). There was an association between worm harmful effects of the disease (OR = 4,587), waste treatment (OR = 3,248), water sources in use (OR = 3.044), and people's habit of washing hands before eating and after using the toilet (OR = 11,664).Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 350 người dân trong diện nghiên cứu nhằm xác định tỷ lệ nhiễm đến giun đường ruột và một số yếu tố liên quan tới bệnh nhiễm giun đường ruột ở người dân xã Đoàn Xá, huyện Kiến Thụy, Hải Phòng, năm 2022. Kết quả và kết luận cho thấy: tỷ lệ nhiễm giun đường ruột chung của người dân là 4,6%. Nhiễm cao nhất ở: nhóm tuổi 60 – 69 tuổi (7,0 %). Có mối liên quan giữa nhiễm giun đường ruột với kiến thức đúng về tác hại của bệnh (OR = 4,587), cách xử lý rác thải (OR = 3,248), nguồn nước đang sử dụng (OR = 3,044) và thói quen rửa tay trước khi ăn và sau khi đi vệ sinh của người dân (OR = 11,664).
