These are the new national values that have been received, formed, developed and promoted since the country’s renovation until now.Hệ giá trị quốc gia là vấn đề hệ trọng, căn cốt của quốc gia, tạo nên bản sắc quốc gia – dân tộc, có ý nghĩa nhận thức luận, lý luận và thực tiễn rất quan trọng đối với phát triển đất nước. Nghiên cứu, xác định và triển khai xây dựng hệ giá trị quốc gia là tất yếu lịch sử, khách quan, cấp thiết ở nước ta hiện nay.
