Gối cầu bằng cao su được đánh giá là có chỉ tiêu kinh tế, kỹ thuật tốt và được sử dụng rộng rãi cho kết cấu cầu, phổ biến nhất là các kết cấu cầu có chiều dài nhịp trung bình từ 20 đến 40m trên cả đường bộ và đường sắt. Tuy nhiên, thực tế sử dụng gối cầu cao su đã phát hiện một số nhược điểm như lão hóa và thay đổi chỉ tiêu cơ lý của vật liệu, dịch chuyển khỏi vị trí thiết kế, phá hoại cắt… Bài báo giới thiệu kết quả nghiên cứu phân tích nguyên nhân và đề xuất giải pháp khắc phục tồn tại của loại gối cầu cao su từ kinh nghiệm của một số nước trên thế giới và thực tế sử dụng ở Việt Nam. However, the actual use of rubber bearings has discovered some disadvantages such as aging and changes in physical and mechanical parameters of the material, displacement from the design position, shear failure... The article introduces the research results. Research, analyze the causes and propose solutions to overcome the existence of rubber ball bearings from the experience of some countries in the world and actual use in Vietnam.
