Để đáp ứng yêu cầu tích hợp giáo dục bình đẳng giới cho học sinh lớp 1, 2 tại quận 5, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh theo đổi mới chương trình giáo dục 2018, nghiên cứu đã đề xuất được 5 biện pháp gồm: (1) Thiết lập mục tiêu giáo dục bình đẳng giới khi xây dựng kế hoạch bài dạy các bài học có yêu cầu cần đạt phù hợp
(2) Lồng ghép nội dung giáo dục bình đẳng giới vào nội dung dạy học các môn học và hoạt động giáo dục khác
(3) Chú trọng vấn đề bình đẳng giới khi thực hiện các phương pháp dạy học, giáo dục
(4) Đảm bảo bình đẳng giới khi tổ chức sử dụng ngữ liệu học tập và phương tiện học tập
(5) Quan tâm phối hợp với gia đình và xã hội tham gia giáo dục cho học sinh lớp 1, 2 về các vấn đề bình đẳng giới. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu cũng đã xây dựng và khảo nghiệm để đánh giá hiệu quả của 6 kế hoạch bài dạy tích hợp giáo dục bình đẳng giới trong các môn học. Các kế hoạch bài dạy và biện pháp giáo dục bình đẳng giới đề xuất đã được đa số đội ngũ giáo viên các trường tiểu học ở Quận 5 đồng tình và ủng hộ, được đánh giá là tốt và có tính khả thi cao.To meet the requirements of integrating gender equality education for students in grades 1 and 2 in District 5, Ho Chi Minh City according to the renovation of the 2018 educational program, the research has proposed 5 measures including 1) Setting up educational goals for gender equality when developing lesson plans with appropriate requirements
(2) Integrating the content of gender equality education into the content of teaching other subjects and educational activities
(3) Paying attention to gender equality when implementing teaching and educational methods
(4) Ensuring gender equality when the organization uses learning materials and learning media
(5) Paying attention to coordinate with family and society to participate in education for 1st and 2nd-grade students on gender equality issues. At the same time, the research has also developed and tested to evaluate the effectiveness of 6 lesson plans that integrate gender equality education in subjects and educational activities. The lesson plans and measures for gender equality education have been agreed upon and supported by the majority of teachers at primary schools in District 5, and are rated as good and highly feasible.
