In order to perform well the management of archival documents, on 11/11/2011, the National Assembly promulgated the Law on Archives No. 01/2011/QH13 to protect the national archives and preserve and use the archives. of State agencies. All types of documents formed during the settlement of work must be put into archives to preserve, exploit and use documents, especially land documents. This article will evaluate the current situation of the storage of land documents in some agencies in Bac Ninh Province, on that basis, propose some solutions to improve the efficiency of land document storage.Tài liệu lưu trữ (TLLT) đất đai là tài sản có giá trị phải được quản lý để sử dụng lâu dài, phục vụ cho công tác quản lý nhà nước về đất đai và phát triển kinh tế - xã hội, khoa học kỹ thuật. Việc bảo quản, giữ gìn lưu trữ TLĐĐ là hết sức cần thiết và quan trọng. Để thực hiện tốt công tác quản lý TLLT, ngày 11/11/2011, Quốc hội đã ban hành Luật Lưu trữ số 01/2011/QH13 nhằm bảo vệ TLLT quốc gia và bảo quản, sử dụng tài liệu của các cơ quan nhà nước. Toàn bộ các loại tài liệu được hình thành trong quá trình giải quyết công việc phải được đưa vào lưu trữ để bảo quản, khai thác, sử dụng tài liệu, đặc biệt là tài liệu đất đai (TLĐĐ). Thông qua việc sử dụng phương pháp điều tra, thu thập thông tin và phương pháp thống kê, tổng hợp, phân tích số liệu, bài viết đánh giá thực trạng về công tác lưu trữ TLĐĐ trong một số cơ quan tại tỉnh Bắc Ninh, trên cơ sở đó đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công tác lưu trữ tư liệu đất đai.
