Thông qua các phương phápnghiên cứu khoa học thường quy trong lĩnhvực Thể dục thể thao (TDTT), dựa trên cơ sởlý luận và thực tiễn về môn Võ thuật Công anNhân dân (CAND) tại trường Cao đẳng Cảnhsát Nhân dân I, cùng với các kết quả nghiêncứu đã lựa chọn được 7 test đánh giá trình Kỹthuật đòn tay (KTĐT) cho nam học viên họcmôn Võ thuật CAND tại trường Cao đẳngCảnh sát nhân dân I (CĐCSND I), đồng thờixây dựng tiêu chuẩn phân loại và bảng điểmtổng hợp đánh giá KTĐT cho đối tượngnghiên cứu. Thông qua đó đánh giá được thựctrạng trình độ KTĐT của nam học viên họcmôn Võ thuật CAND tại trường CĐCSND I.Using common scientific researchmethods in the field of Physical Education, andbased on both theory and practice of martial artsin the People's Public Security at the People'sPolice College I, along with the research results,7 tests were selected to assess the technical skillsof hand techniques for male students majoringin People's Public Security martial arts at thePeople's Police College I. Additionally, criteriafor classification and a comprehensive scoringtable were developed to evaluate the handtechnique skills of the research subjects. Throughthis process, the current status of hand techniqueproficiency among male students studyingPeople's Public Security martial arts at thePeople's Police College I was assessed.
