Abstract: Applying information technology to teaching at university and college level is in line with the educational development trend of the times, meeting the increasing requirements in human resource training for the construction and develop the country. Therefore, it is necessary to have scientific solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of information technology application in teaching at university and college levels, contributing to improving the quality of education and training.
