Autonomous schools (NTTC) affect the quality of education in general and school effectiveness in particular to different degrees. With NTTC, the educational quality and effectiveness of schools change through the participation and responsibility of those directly related to students, namely Parents, teachers, and the community in aspects such as: autonomy in school budget planning and management
