The article focuses on clarifying the reality of cooperative competence education for students in primary schools in Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province to responsethe 2018 general education program. The content of the article focuses on clarifying the current state of awareness of teachers, administrators and students about the goal of cooperative competence education, the content of cooperative competence education, the path of cooperative competence education. The study was conducted on 280 subjects including administrators, teachers and students from 7 primary schools in Thai Nguyen city. The research results are the basis for primary schools to develop measures to develop cooperation capacity for students.
