Developing digital library services is an inevitable requirement of university libraries in Vietnam.Efficiency of the library’s operations and learning resources by users depend on the quality of the digitallibrary services. Employing qualitative methodology based on experience in building and developing digitallibrary services, the article synthesizes models of management, organization and operation of libraryservices, information resources, facilities, infrastructure, equipment and technology from some universities.The paper comprehensively analyzes the current status of digital library services, thereby proposingsolutions to develop digital library services to implement the Banking Academy of Vietnam’s developmentstrategy until 2030, vision 2045Phát triển dịch vụ thư viện số là yêu cầu tất yếu của thư viện trườngđại học tại Việt Nam hiện nay. Hiệu quả hoạt động của thư viện và hiệu quảsử dụng nguồn học liệu của người dùng tin phụ thuộc vào chất lượng của hệthống dịch vụ thư viện số. Sử dụng phương pháp phân tích định tính, tổng hợptài liệu và so sánh, bài viết đánh giá tổng quan về dịch vụ thư viện số, kinhnghiệm xây dựng dịch vụ thư viện số tại một số trường đại học. Bên cạnh đó,đánh giá thực trạng dịch vụ thư viện số tại Học viện Ngân hàng và đề xuất giảipháp phát triển dịch vụ thư viện số nhằm thực hiện chiến lược phát triển Họcviện Ngân hàng đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn 2045.
