The curriculum itself is the most important factor determining the quality of training. Curriculum development is a continuous process of improving curriculum. It helps to affirm the training quality of each educational establishment, and plays an important role in ensuring the quality of training human resources to meet the requirements of the economy and society. Therefore, from the practice of developing curriculum for Higher Education of Hanoi Metropolitan University, the author researched into developing university curriculum, thereby giving some experience in the field of universities’ curriculum development in Vietnam.
