In the process of fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education, students' self-study ability has a very important meaning in the process of learning and awareness, especially in credit-based training. However, students still have many obstacles and difficulties in learning. They have not really spent much time on self-study, have not built and trained reasonable self-study skills. In the article, the author presents a few influential factors and proposes some solutions to improve the students' self-study ability in English.
