The young generation, especially students, is the generation of the future who will hold the backbone of the country. Therefore, their lifestyle and thinking have a certain influence on the development of society. Making young people be aware of the dangers of the lifestyles actively change it is an issue that society needs to seriously consider and find the best solutions. Within the scope of this article, the author proposes some solutions to build a healthy lifestyle and culture for students at Vinh University of Technology Education today.
