In general, the faculty of political theory of Kien Giang University can meet the teaching and learning requirements. Over the past years, the quality of lecturers teaching political theory at Kien Giang University has been increasingly improved. Improving the quality of the faculty is a key task in the development strategy of Kien Giang University. In this article, the author proposes a number of measures to improve the quality of lecturers in political theory subjects.
