The 4.0 revolution has placed demands on all aspects of society, especially human resources. To meet those requirements, Quy Nhon University has constantly innovated synchronously and comprehensively to improve training quality and provide suitable human resources for society. Starting from the theory of the learning environment and characteristics of Quy Nhon University, this study aims to propose some orientations to build a learning environment for students, contributing to the realization of the school’s common goals.
