This study aims to evaluate the level of implementation and effectiveness of the impact of lecturers in the teaching process of the module Organizing educational activities in high schools at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. – This is the main course in training designing and organizing skills in experiential and career-oriented activities for students. The survey results of 384 second-year students in the fields of Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Foreign Languages showed that the lecturers often performed the impact, while the effectiveness was not really high, fluctuated from 3.71 to 4.02. Thereby, the author proposes some recommendations to improve the effectiveness of lecturers’ impact on the training of these skills for pedagogical students.
