Running the average distance of 800m is a difficult learning content for all students. To complete the course, the curriculum should focus on strengthening students’ endurance. The purpose of this study is to select appropriate and scientific exercises to strengthen the endurance of male students studying Physical Education 2, 800m Medium Distance Running in Ho Chi Minh University of Banking. The results of the research are determined to be the basis for improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning at, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.
