Developing educational management training programs has received the attention of many managers and educational institutions in recent years, focusing on teaching and developing learners’ competencies, including: knowledge, skills and attitudes, the relationships between theory and practice, between learning and practice, between teaching letters and teaching people... so that learners can meet the increasing requirements of society.
