Within the realm of educational institution administration, the archival and storage domain assumes an irreplaceable position, comprising a substantial segment of administrative office activities. Its direct influence extends to the management of institutional affairs and the expeditious resolution of daily operational tasks in terms of both quality and efficiency. However, the University of Saigon currently confronts multifaceted challenges pertaining to the organization and governance of archival and storage operations. These challenges span from enhancing the collective awareness regarding this function to the implementation of comprehensive managerial oversight. Grounded in both theoretical insights and practical observations, this article posits and scrutinizes a suite of managerial strategies tailored to optimize archival and storage activities at the University of Saigon.
