Collaboration is one of the key competencies required for workers to survive and thrive in the age of a global workforce. Therefore, teaching learners how to communicate effectively, cooperate with the others, and engage in self-studying becomes crucial responsibility of education. In this article, the authors present the application of cooperative learning model in teaching probability and statistics at Mien Tay Construction University. From there, it will serve as a basis for teaching and learning in the direction of developing cooperative working skills, promoting the potential capacity of each student, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning and meeting the needs of the current labor market.
