 The rules shows that the relation of quantity and quality is a dialectical relationship. Quantitative changes lead to qualitative changes and vice versa
  Quality is the relatively stable side, quantity is the more variable side. The process of interaction between quantity and substance creates the continuous movement of things and phenomena. From the study of the rules, propose some solutions to promote the active learning of students such as: students gradually accumulate knowledge accurately and fully while still in university lecture halls
  Students have to study on their own and practice their positivity and autonomy in learning.
