Giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh là một trong những nhiệm vụ quan trọng góp phần thực hiện mục tiêu giáo dục toàn diện cho sinh viên. Môn học giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh giữ vai trò chủ chốt trong việc giáo dục ý thức trách nhiệm của sinh viên góp phần thực hiện nhiệm vụ xây dựng nền quốc phòng toàn dân, an ninh nhân dân. Trong việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ này thì giảng viên giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh đóng vai trò cực kỳ quan trọng. Giảng viên phải có đủ đức, đủ tài. Chính vì vậy, xây dựng đội ngũ giảng viên có năng lực tốt là nhiệm vụ hàng đầu trong việc nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục đào tạo tại Trung tâm Giáo dục Quốc phòng và an ninh, Trường Đại học Công đoàn.National defense and security education is one of the important tasks contributing to the comprehensive education of students.
