PCI (Provincial Competitiveness Index) is a provincial-level Competitiveness Index that measures and evaluates the quality of economic governance, the level of convenience and friendliness of the business environment and the administrative reform efforts of the authorities of provinces and cities in Vietnam. It is built from the largest annual business survey data, conducted most meticulously in Vietnam today and the PCI index is the “collection of voices” of the business community on business environment in provinces and cities in Vietnam.
