Nghiên cứu được thực hiện để đánh giá các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả hoạt động hợp tác xã nông nghiệp tỉnh Thái Nguyên, từ đó đề xuất các giải pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động cho các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp tỉnh Thái Nguyên. Nghiên cứu đã thực hiện điều tra phỏng vấn 358 hợp tác xã nông nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra một số vấn đề còn tồn tại của các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp như xuất phát điểm thành lập hợp tác xã nông nghiệp ảnh hưởng đến các hoạt động chung, diện tích đất sử dụng, vốn vay chủ yếu là từ thành viên hợp tác xã. Các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp đa ngành hoạt động có hiệu quả hơn các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp đơn ngành. Kết quả phân tích hồi quy các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả hoạt động của hợp tác xã nông nghiệp cho thấy điểm xuất phát thành lập hợp tác xã, hình thức hoạt động, phạm vi hoạt động, trình độ chuyên môn của Giám đốc, và nguồn vốn góp của thành viên có ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả hoạt động của hợp tác xã nông nghiệp. Do đó, nghiên cứu đã đưa ra một số các giải pháp cần thiết trong thời gian tới để phát triển hợp tác xã nông nghiệp ở địa phương.The study was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting the performance of agricultural cooperatives in Thai Nguyen province, thereby proposing solutions to improve operational efficiency for agricultural cooperatives in Thai Nguyen province. The study conducted an interview survey with 358 agricultural cooperatives in the province. Research results have shown several remaining problems of agricultural cooperatives such as the starting point for establishing agricultural cooperatives affecting common activities, land area used, and loans mainly from cooperative members. Multi-sector agricultural cooperatives operate more effectively than single-sector agricultural cooperatives. The results of regression analysis of factors affecting the performance of agricultural cooperatives show that the starting point for establishing the cooperative, form of operation, scope of activities, professional qualifications of the Director, and capital contribution of members have influence on the performance of agricultural cooperatives. Therefore, the study has proposed several necessary solutions in the coming time to develop local agricultural cooperatives.
