Culture is the identity of a nation. As long as culture lasts, the nation will survive. If culture disappears, the nation will die. Therefore, preserving and promoting the nation's traditional culture is a matter of survival for each country. This study aims to clarify the current situation and proposing solutions to improve the quality of management of traditional cultural education activities for middle school students. Based on the synthesis, analysis, and systematization of published research results, the research team offers specific solutions. Measures to manage educational activities of national cultural traditions for middle school students stem from the need to improve the quality and effectiveness of education, meeting the requirements of comprehensive education for students. Research results are solutions that can be applied and deployed in many schools, based on the age characteristics of learners and the conditions of each school and locality.Văn hóa là bản sắc của dân tộc, văn hóa còn thì dân tộc còn, văn hóa mất thì dân tộc mất, cho nên việc giữ gìn, phát huy văn hóa truyền thống của dân tộc là vấn đề sống còn của mỗi quốc gia. Nghiên cứu này nhằm làm rõ thực trạng và đề ra những giải pháp góp phần nâng cao chất lượng quản lí hoạt động giáo dục văn hóa truyền thống cho học sinh cấp trung học cơ sở. Trên cơ sở tổng hợp, phân tích, hệ thống hóa những kết quả nghiên cứu đã công bố, nhóm nghiên cứu đưa ra những giải pháp cụ thể. Các biện pháp quản lí hoạt động giáo dục truyền thống văn hóa dân tộc cho học sinh cấp trung học cơ sở đều xuất phát từ yêu cầu nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả giáo dục, đáp ứng yêu cầu giáo dục toàn diện cho học sinh. Kết quả nghiên cứu là những giải pháp có thể áp dụng và triển khai tại nhiều trường học, trên cơ sở phù hợp với đặc điểm lứa tuổi của người học và điều kiện của từng nhà trường, địa phương.
