In order to meet the educational requirements of increasingly high quality, sports in the physical education program should start from innovating teaching methods, actively exploring teaching methods of the subject. Swimming is more relevant to modern education. The transformation of swimming teaching methods for physical education must meet the requirements of improving the quality of education and the development needs of the times.
