ABSTRACT COMPARISON OF GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE BASED ON COCKCROFT - GAULT, MDRD FORMULA AND RENAL SCINTIGRAPHY WITH RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS IN KIDNEY DONORS Background: Evaluation of glomerular filtration rate according to the Cockcroft - Gault formula, MDRD and glomerular filtration rate by radioiodine renal scintigraphy
combining with comparing the difference as well as the significance of each method for glomerular filtration rate measurement. The renal scintigraphy method had clear benefits in the selecting kidney for transphant. Methods: 194 voluntary kidney donation patients at the Department of Hemodialysis were calculated glomerular filtration rate according to the Cockcroft-Gault formula, MDRD and radioiodine injection renal scintigraphy. Cross-sectional, retrospective descriptive method. Research content: Comparing the effectiveness of the evaluation of glomerular filtration rate according to the formulas compared with kidney scintigraphy on voluntary kidney donors. Results: About the glomerular filtration rate according to the estimated formulas and renal scintigraphy. According to the formula Cockcroft - Gault: 99,79 ± 14,72 ml/min/1,73m2. According to the MDRD formula: 87,34 ± 13,10 ml/ min/1,73m2. According to renal scintigraphy method: 128,68 ± 16,15 ml/min/1,73m2. Conclusions: There is a close correlation in glomerular filtration rate between the Cockcroft - Gault formula and MDRD formula, (r = 0,77), p <
0,001. The correlation between these two formulas and renal scintigraphy method is weaker.Đặt vấn đề: Đánh giá mức lọc cầu thận theo công thức Cockcroft - Gault, công thức MDRD và mức lọc cầu thận qua xạ hình thận có chất phóng xạ
kết hợp so sánh sự khác nhau của các công thức đối với mức lọc cầu thận. Phương pháp xạ hình thận có lợi ích rõ trong lựa chọn thận để ghép. Đối tượng, phương pháp: 194 người hiến thận tự nguyện tại Khoa Thận nhân tạo được tính mức lọc cầu thận theo công thức Cockcroft - Gault, công thức MDRD và được làm xạ hình thận có chất phóng xạ. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang, hồi cứu. Nội dung nghiên cứu: So sánh hiệu quả của việc đánh giá mức lọc cầu thận theo các công thức nêu trên so với phương pháp xạ hình thận trên người hiến thận. Kết quả: Mức lọc cầu thận trung bình theo các công thức ước đoán và xạ hình thận: Theo công thức Cockcroft - Gault: 99,79 ± 14,72 ml/phút/1,73m2. Theo công thức MDRD: 87,34 ± 13,10 ml/phút/1,73m2. Theo phương pháp xạ hình thận: 128,68 ± 16,15 ml/phút/1,73m2 Kết luận: Có mối tương quan giữa 2 công thức Cockcroft-Gault và công thức MDRD rất chặt chẽ (r = 0,77), p <
0,001. Mối tương quan giữa hai công thức này với phương pháp xạ hình thận yếu hơn.
