 For volleyball teaching activities, assessment of basic technical proficiency allows instructors to understand the effectiveness of a training program. The main purpose of the study is to assess the basic technical level of Volleyball of female students studying Volleyball under the Elective Sports program of the People’s Security Academy. Research results are used as a basis for adjusting and perfecting the curriculum. The research results obtained 05 tests that were appropriate and scientific (r˃0.8 and 0.6, p<
 0.05). The basic technical level of Volleyball of the research subjects had a statistically significant difference with the table at p=0.002→0.014. The average technical growth of 5 tests = 9.126% shows that in all basic techniques Volleyball develops relatively evenly at a high level.
