Objective: To investigate attitudes, perceptions and handling ability of medical workers in clinical eye care during the Covid-19 pandemic. Participants and methods: Online survey of medical workers in clinical eye care, from April 17, 2020 to April 22, 2020. Results: 110 medical workers participated in the survey, including 94 doctors, accounting for 85.4%. The main age group of participants is 31-40 years old, accounting for 35.5%. The survey participants were mainly working at the provincial level (35.4%) and the central level (22.7%). The major is general ophthalmology with 79 people. The epidemic prevention measures were considered by the majority of survey participants (71.8%) as appropriate for the actual situation. Counseling was focused with 81.8% of inpatients being consulted. Telemedicine measures are concerned with 63.6% of the survey participants who have implemented and plan to implement Conclusion: The COVID-19 epidemic has had a great impact on the clinical eye care. Medical workers were concerned about this epidemic, many epidemic prevention measures have been put in place and implemented effectively
