Objectives: To identify the clinical features and evaluate the nursing care results of patient with facialsoft tissue trauma in Hue Central Hospital.Materials and methods: A descriptive progressive study was conducted on 596 patients with facial softtissue trauma in Odonto Stomatology Center, Hue Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019. Results: A total 596 patients were analyzed, of which 367 males (61,6%) and 229 females (38,4%).The traffic accidents were the most frequent causes of facial soft tissue trauma (82,6%). Frequent clinicalsymptoms were bleeding (75%), swelling (72,5%), face deformation (52,3%), and pain (37,8%). The hospitalstay was 4-7 days (55,2%). Skin tear wounds were qecounted for a high proportion in facial soft tissuetrauma (44,1%). Patients who received antibiotics before hospitalization, early admission, managementof trauma, proper patient care method had shorter period for treatment (p<
0,05). Treatment results after 3months showed that good: 99,1% and fairly good: 0,9%.Conclusion: Facial soft tissue trauma needs to be treated early with management of trauma, propernursing care to shorten time of treatment.
