With the results of research on the current status of teacher training at secondary schools in Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh City, from the theoretical framework and practical survey in the research area that the topic established in the master's thesis. , the article introduces a number of effective teaching methods to overcome limitations, contributing to improving the quality of teachers at secondary schools in Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh City. These measures have been tested in educational management practice and shown to be highly urgent and feasible.
