Currently, all the world and Vietnam are facing difficult problems such as disasters, terrorism, new pandemic, cyber security, environmental pollution, etc. which increases the fear factor and affecting people's social psychology. The article is based on the research task that granted by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2022: "The model of psychological-social support for workers in industrial parks and export processing zones before crisis events”. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the need for psychological and social support for employees related to health, family, psychological, social issues, and workplace issues, we I propose a model of psychological and social support for workers, who working in industrial parks and export processing zones in Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh CityHiện nay, thế giới nói chung và Việt Nam nói riêng đang phải đối mặt với những vấn đề nan giải như thảm họa, khủng bố, dịch bệnh mới, bạo loạn lật đổ, an ninh mạng, ô nhiễm môi trường,…. làm gia tăng nhân tố sợ hãi, ảnh hưởng đến tâm lý xã hội của con người. Bài viết dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu của đề tài cấp Tổng Liên đoàn Lao động Việt Nam: “Mô hình trợ giúp tâm lý - xã hội đối với người lao động (NLĐ) tại khu công nghiệp, khu chế xuất trước các sự kiện khủng hoảng”năm 2022. Trên cơ sở phân tích thực trạng nhu cầu trợ giúp tâm lý - xã hội đối với NLĐ liên quan đến vấn đề sức khỏe, gia đình, tâm lý, xã hội, các vấn đề tại nơi làm việc chúng tôi đề xuất mô hình Tổ tư vấn, trợ giúp tâm lý - xã hội đối với NLĐ ở trọ đang làm việc tại khu công nghiệp, khu chế xuất tại Hải Phòng và Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
