Developing a reading culture among students is one of the essential tasks because reading books is the most effective way of self-learning and provides a necessary means to establish a solid educational foundation for students. Books on resources, the environment, and climate change play a vital role in safeguarding resources and the environment, as well as addressing climate change for the sustainable development of the country. Therefore, the cultivation of a reading culture, especially in the field of resources and the environment, needs to be emphasized to help students understand the interdisciplinary nature and connect their academic training with resource and environmental issues, contributing to raising awareness of resource and environmental protection and climate change adaptation. This, in turn, translates the Party’s guidelines, state policies, and laws on resources, the environment, and climate change into real-life practice.
