The quality of professional groups in non-public primary schools in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City currently has certain limitations. Content and quality of professional groups in some schools is still formal in implementing documents, plans, and school work with little mention of difficulties and problems in content and methods, the form of teaching organization in some subjects and some lessons in the teacher's teaching program when conducting classroom lessons. The article presents several data that the project researched in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
