However, the process of developing industrial zones takes place along with the continuous expansion in the number of businesses, causing the demand for quantity and quality of human resources in businesses to increase rapidly. But the ability to meet the demand for quality human resources for businesses still has many limitations, and the main reason is that workers in industrial zones come from agricultural and rural backgrounds, so it takes time for them to train, self-train and adapt.
