Through projections perpendicular to the base planes, learners have a general spatial view, easily visualizing 3-dimensional objects from the intersections of the two directions. Find the shape of a line and a face by finding the set of points in 2 perpendicular projection directions from which to calculate the true magnitude of that line and face. From synthetic lines and faces is projected the measured axis of the object by the plane shuttering method.
