Thai Nguyen is considered one of the leading provinces in digital transformation. The residents, especially the majority of high school students, including those at the Thai Nguyen Province High School for Gifted Students, have been regularly utilizing the benefits of the internet to search for information, study online, explore various courses, knowledge, study abroad opportunities, etc. However, most of these individuals do not fully comprehend the role, content, and significance of the Cybersecurity Law in their own lives and society as a whole. This lack of understanding can not only expose them to risks and negative situations on the internet, such as scams, misinformation, cyberbullying, but also lead to legal violations when engaging in undesirable online behavior. Notably, spreading unverified information and unintentional online harassment of others can be mentioned as typical examples. Based on practical research, we propose and implement several practical solutions to help students better understand the contents of the Cybersecurity Law, minimize the risks associated with internet usage, and contribute to creating a safe and useful online environment.
