Managing self-training activities of students at National Defense and Security Education Center to contribute to the educational goal of training Vietnamese people to develop comprehensively, ethically, and intellectually the health, aesthetics and career, loyal to the goal of national independence and socialism, forming and fostering personality, meeting the requirements of building and protecting the socialist fatherland of Vietnam. Based on the analysis and systematization of relevant research and perspectives, solutions are proposed to contribute to innovating the management of students' self-training activities, combining learning with practice. This is practical content, creating a military environment for students to practice, to achieve the goal of improving the quality of learning defense and security education as well as improving students' training results.
