Synthetic wear testing equipment is an instrument used to evaluate the corrosion and wear resistance of coatings
of the material in an environment compatible with the actual conditions. The test equipment is built, designed and manufactured based on: the specimen is tested for wear under dynamic conditions that cause abrasion combined with a harsh chemical environment: Harsh chemical environment (strong acid and high temperature)
Abrasive medium (hard ore slurry, high temperature powder gas).Thiết bị kiểm tra mòn hỗn hợp là thiết bị dùng để đánh giá khả năng chống ăn mòn và mài của vật liệu trong môi trường tương thích với tra mòn. Thiết bị thí nghiệm được xây dựng, thiết kế, chế tạo dựa trên: mẫu thử được kiểm tra mòn trong điều kiện động gây mài mòn kết hợp với môi trường hóa chất gây ăn mòn khốc liệt: Môi trường hóa chất khắc nghiệt (axít mạnh và nhiệt độ cao)
Môi trường mài mòn (bùn quặng cứng, khí chứa bột ở nhiệt độ cao).
