In every era, intellectuals have always been the elite class, representing the foundation of social progress, with the role of creating and spreading knowledge. Documents of the 13th Congress and Resolution 45/NQ-TW (issued on November 24, 2023) are considered an important step forward in developing the intellectual team, creating favorable conditions for the legal foundation and the environment for developing intellectuals. The article contributes to clarifying views on the intellectual team, influencing factors, the Party's policies and some solutions in building and promoting the role of the intellectual team in Vietnam today.Trong mọi thời đại, trí thức luôn là tầng lớp tinh hoa, đại diện cho nền tảng tiến bộ xã hội, có vai trò sáng tạo và truyền bá tri thức. Văn kiện Đại hội XIII và Nghị quyết 45/NQ-TW (ban hành ngày 24/11/2023) được đánh giá là một bước tiến quan trọng trong phát triển đội ngũ trí thức, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi về nền tảng pháp lý và môi trường phát triển đội ngũ trí thức. Bài viết góp phần làm rõ quan điểm về đội ngũ trí thức, các yếu tố tác động, chủ trương của Đảng và một số giải pháp trong xây dựng, phát huy vai trò đội ngũ trí thức ở Việt Nam hiện nay.
