Hai loài Vối và Mận thuộc họ Sim (Myrtaceae), thu hái tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đã được mô tả và so sánh chi tiết về đặc điểm hình thái, cấu trúc vi phẫu và phân tích bột dược liệu. Phương pháp nghiên cứu bao gồm việc phân tích, mô tả, chụp hình, và sử dụng kỹ thuật soi kính hiển vi quang học. Kết quả phân tích giải phẫu của rễ, thân và lá cho thấy sự khác biệt rõ ràng trong cấu trúc của hệ thống mô dẫn ở vi phẫu rễ. Sự khác biệt giữa 2 loài cũng được thể hiện ở hình dạng cấu trúc của mô dẫn ở lá và cuống lá giữa hai loài Vối và Mận. Từ những kết quả thu được về đặc điểm hình thái và giải phẫu, cả hai loài cho thấy có những đặc điểm vĩ mô và vi mô riêng biệt. Sự khác biệt này có thể được sử dụng để phân biệt và xác định quan hệ họ hàng gần giữa các loài thực vật, đồng thời cung cấp cơ sở dữ liệu quan trọng cho nghiên cứu các loài thực vật.Two species "Voi" ( Syzygium nervosum) and "Man" ( Syzygium samarangense ) belonging to the Sim family (Myrtaceae), collected in Ho Chi Minh City, were described and compared in detail in terms of morphological characteristics, microscopic structure and analysis of medicinal properties. Research methods include analysis, description, photography, and use of optical microscopy techniques. The results of anatomical analysis of roots, stems and leaves show clear differences in the structure of the conducting tissue system in root microanatomy. The difference between the two species is also shown in the structural shape of the conducting tissue in the leaves and petioles between the two species Voi and Man. From the results obtained on morphological and anatomical characteristics, both species show distinct macroscopic and microscopic characteristics. Noticing these differences can be used to distinguish and identify close relationships between plant species, and provides an important database for the study of plant species.
